1. Who We Are
Coco Jumbo™ ("we", "us", or "our") operates www.cocojumbo.co.uk. We sell handmade NYC-style cookies baked fresh to order.

2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch via email.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card details.

4. Delivery
We deliver within the UK. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk and ownership pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the order is damaged or incorrect. To qualify for a refund, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us via the Signal Coco page with your order number and a photo of the item.

6. Change and Cancellation
Cookies are freshly baked to order. Therefore orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Sorry!

7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and being available to receive perishable goods. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being present, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the price of the goods supplied.

9. Website Use
You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our content or disrupt the service.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
